History of The Collective
Building a Legacy of Community and Expertise (2018-2023)
Originally founded as Next Level Loan Officers (NLLO) it was born in 2018, founded by a collective of five entrepreneurial mortgage originators, including Shane Kidwell, with a shared vision of elevating the mortgage coaching landscape. Guided by a diverse ownership team of active originators, NLLO embodied the spirit of being "in the trenches" with its members, fostering a sense of community and mutual growth. Over time, the leadership evolved, transitioning from the original five owners to consolidating into a partnership between Shane Kidwell and Kyle Draper. This evolution in leadership mirrored the company's adaptive and dynamic nature and the goal of supporting entrepreneurial lenders, realtors and sales professionals who shared a goal of constant adaption and improvement at the bleeding edge of the market.
From the outset, NLLO established itself as a community-centric coaching and training company. The emphasis was always on creating a supportive environment where mortgage professionals could learn from those who had firsthand experience in the field. This "in the trenches" approach, where coaches and members shared real-world experiences, set NLLO apart and helped build a strong, engaged, authentic community.
Under the leadership of its entrepreneurial founders, NLLO thrived by staying true to the realities of the mortgage industry. Never shying away from the hard truth, NLLO has supported and coached thousands of originators from a platform of authentic, in the trench’s leadership. What is my commitment?
Overnight success, doesn't happen "overnight". For those who commit and put in the work they win, and do so much quicker. We ask for a 12 month commitment knowing that anything worth building right takes time. We also know seasons will change and that true consistent success is a skill learned and can take time. We've also experienced this first hand.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we know if you work the program as directed and invest in the Community you will win. In the rare instance you invest and don't see the result you (and we) expect, we will refund you 200% of your investment. You will be asked to join a call with one of the coaches to discuss your engagement in The Collective.
I can't afford The Collective are there other options?
We get it. We have been in your shoes, and we do not want anyone to stretch beyond their financial means just to be in. However we know that those who invest in themselves win more often. If the Collective is out of reach financially join us on our many public trainings to get a sneak peak into what is going on in the Collective.
What do I get in The Collective Digital?
Community, Expert Led Trainings, Done For You Content and more. We offer live trainings at least 3x weekly, and in many cases more through our stand alone digital app and online community. We highly encourage participating in our many weekly live calls to get the greatest ROI, but members can access all trainings in our digital library at a later date.
